    The California Youth Soccer Association, Inc. and the California Soccer Association North have, pursuant to United States Soccer Policy 531-1, jointly appointed Said Ravanfar as the State Referee Administrator effective May 27, 2013

  • Referee Academy - State Session

    June 1st, 2013 saw its third available Referee Academy STATE SESSION - The State Session was hosted by Area 3 at California High School in San Mateo. Special Guest Speaker/Instructor was Dr. Herb Silva of US Soccer Referee Identification and Development Program. Attendees received CNRA emblemed Caps. Referees with 100% Area and State Referee Academy participation received a CNRA emblemed Adidas Team Track Suit.
