CNRA will be conducting a fitness test on December 7, 2025 at Dougherty Valley High School in San Ramon. This fitness test may be used for USSF Regional Referee maintenance or upgrade requirements, and for WCISOA.
NOTE: The test will be conducted on a field (not track) using the latest fitness tests guidance from US Soccer which can be found here: US Soccer Fitness Test Guidance

9:30am – Check-In & Warm-up
10:00am – Testing Begins
Participants must be at least one of the following:
– USSF Referee wishing to upgrade to Regional Referee THIS registration year
– USSF Regional Referee wishing to re-certify (maintenance)
– WCISOA referee looking for performance tier determination
You must register at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to participate!
