Please join us in congratulating all six Cal North referees who have been selected to represent the United States on the 2026 FIFA Panel.
New to the panel this year are two Beach Soccer Referees, Vince Apple Chiarella and Conrad Garcia. They represent the first two Beach Soccer Referees the United States has ever had on the panel.
Joe Dickerson (2025 US Soccer Referee of the Year), Chris Elliott (2025 MLS Playoff Assistant Referee), and Victor Rivas (2025 MLS Playoff Referee) return to the panel following successful seasons in the MLS and at a number of CONCACAF and FIFA matches, tournaments, and events.
Futsal referee Krystin Pahia returns to the panel following an incredibly successful year that saw her become the first U.S. Soccer Referee to officiate in the inaugural FIFA Women’s Futsal World Cup.
