CNRA will be conducting a fitness test on March 14, 2026 at Las Positas College in Livermore. This fitness test may be used for USSF Regional Referee maintenance or upgrade requirements, and for WCISOA.
NOTE: The test will be conducted on a field (not track) using the latest fitness tests guidance from US Soccer which can be found here: US Soccer Fitness Test Guidance

Men’s Regional Referee Testing
4:00pm – Check-In & Warm-up
4:30pm – Testing Begins
Women’s Regional Referee Testing
4:30pm – Check-In & Warm-up
5:00pm – Testing Begins
Participants must be at least one of the following:
– USSF Referee wishing to upgrade to Regional Referee THIS registration year
– USSF Regional Referee wishing to re-certify (maintenance)
– WCISOA referee looking for performance tier determination
You must register at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to participate!
